The October Upshot has been released and should be made available to you in paper shortly. This year however, we will also be publishing it online for our many fans.

The club started well on the first day of inter club bowls. Unfortunately we were blown away this last Saturday with only average results. We wish the women well as they start there inter club for 2008 this week, as does the Mixed 10’s.

Crack A Jack will begin on Wed 29 Oct. We have had a great response yet again. A registration night will be held this Wednesday.

Saturday Club Bowls have started well with 47 members taking part in the first two days. Tom McGill leads the field at this stage. In addition to our members we have also hosted Barrington while their green is yet to open.
